The Topsy Foundation takes care of orphaned and vulnerable children in impoverished rural communities in South Africa. Very few of these children have experienced the joy of playing and learning with real toys.
Instead they play with the bits and bobs that they find in their surroundings. These found objects and pieces of junk are fashioned into playthings for imaginative games.

It’s these ‘cars’, ‘dolls’, ‘crocodiles’ and ‘tea sets’ that inspired The Little Toys That Aren’t range of toys that we marketed and sold online at one of South Africa’s leading retailers, Spree.co.za.
By purchasing one of these toys you donate R20 to The Topsy Toy Project. Money that is used to buy real toys for these children who don’t have any.
These are the children of the Topsy Toy Project:
A huge thank you to a fantastic team: Corli DeKock, Suzanne Jenner, Irene Styger, Catherine Conradie, Natalie Walker, Marion Bryan, Michelle Mckenna, Carey Dowse, Gregory King, Anneke Jacobs, Marcelle Labuschagne and Carl Willoughby.
